Job summary

PF Global's Tech, Media & Telecoms team in London seeks a senior policy manager to shape policy for leading tech clients. You will develop policy ideas, lead parliamentary engagement, and deliver high-quality advice from draft to final submissions.

You will track policy developments, draft submissions, prepare witnesses, and manage client accounts while mentoring colleagues and helping grow the business. The role offers a hybrid working model and the chance to influence debates shaping the UK's

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of UK tech policy and regulation including AI, online safety, digital competition or data.
• Experience with parliamentary processes, submissions, select committees or public affairs.
• Proven ability to translate complex material into clear, persuasive policy outputs.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop policy and credible positions for clients to take to decision makers.
• Produce political intelligence: monitor Parliament, government and regulators with weekly analyses.
• Draft submissions and witness packs for inquiries, with input from team and clients.
• Prepare clients for select committees with key messages, Q&As and briefs.
• Draft engagement materials and build stakeholder engagement plans.
• Advise on political and stakeholder strategy across core groups.
• Manage client accounts and lead on time-delivery and quality.
