hireful is recruiting a Senior Project Manager to lead CRM and technology transformation projects for wealth management clients. The role combines delivery leadership with governance setup and client relationship management, primarily remote with some client-site work in the UK.

Salary £75,000 plus bonus potential (£70,000 - £80,000 basic). Flexible hours and occasional client-site delivery—great for experienced delivery professionals seeking strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Proven CRM/technology-enabled transformation in wealth management or financial services.
• External delivery background or consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience with data migration, vendors, budgets and resource estimates.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and produce steering decks for senior audiences.
• Desirable: experience with Xplan, Curo, Plannr, Intelliflo, D365 CRM and related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM and technology transformation projects from discovery through go-live and post-implementation review.
• Set up governance: delivery frameworks, RAID logs, risk management and change control.
• Chair steering committees and build trusted relationships with client COOs, CTOs and board members.
• Coordinate data migration workstreams and work closely with software vendors in wealth management.
• Mentor consultants and identify opportunities to extend work with existing clients.
