Job summary

Amazon in the United Kingdom seeks a Principal PM for Commerce Personalization within Prime Video. You will own the roadmap and vision for personalization across homepage, detail pages, checkout, notifications, and partner storefronts, driving end-to-end product delivery with ML/AI techniques.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, collaborate with Applied Science and ML Engineering, and shape personalization strategies that affect hundreds of millions of users globally.

Qualifications

• Own and drive roadmap strategy and definition for product initiatives.
• Experience in technical product management, program management, or engineering.
• Own feature delivery and make product tradeoffs across the lifecycle.
• Lead engineering discussions about technology decisions and product strategy.
• Own end-to-end product strategy for ML/AI-powered consumer products.
• Preferred: experience with subscription or commerce models and LTV‑based decisions.
• Preferred: familiarity with reinforcement learning and multi‑objective optimization for personalization.
• Track record of shipping products at scale (100M+ users).

Responsibilities

• Own the customer problem end to end and define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Commerce Personalization across Prime Video surfaces.
• Build coordinated intelligence that accounts for customer decisions and journey stages.
• Define success measures and assess their impact on long-term outcomes.
• Enable partner content discovery and personalized offer timing at scale across channels and markets.
• Ship improvements quickly and demonstrate measurable impact on engagement and retention.
• Partner with Applied Science and ML Engineering on RL and multi‑objective optimization tied to outcomes.
• Align multiple teams around shared customer outcomes with evidence-based decisions.
