Job summary

Amazon Development Centre (London) Limited seeks a Principal PMT to own Commerce Personalization for Prime Video. You will shape the roadmap and balance customer outcomes with business goals across home, detail, checkout, and partner storefronts.

You will partner with Applied Science and ML Engineering to apply reinforcement learning and multi-objective optimization, delivering measurable impact at scale for millions of users.

Qualifications

• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience in technical product management, program management or engineering.
• Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience with end to end product delivery.
• Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience owning and delivering end-to-end product strategy for ML/AI-powered consumer products.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer problem end-to-end and define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Commerce Personalization across Prime Video surfaces.
• Define success metrics and measure long-term impact across Home, detail pages, checkout, notifications, and partner storefronts.
• Drive adoption at scale and enable partner content discovery for 30+ countries.
• Collaborate with Applied Science and ML Engineering on reinforcement learning and optimization.
• Coordinate multiple teams to optimize shared customer outcomes over local metrics.
• Ship systems that remember customer preferences and adapt offers accordingly.
