As part of this mission we are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Tech Operations Analyst as part of our Technical Operations team. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence through data analysis, performance monitoring, and tool optimisation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to leverage tools such as Jira, Tableau and other data sources, developing dashboards and insights that inform decision-making and enable the establishment of performance baselines.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyse operational data from tools like Jira, Plandek, and OKR platforms to identify trends and inefficiencies. Build dashboards (e.g., Tableau) that provide clear, actionable insights.
️ Tool & Process Management:
Optimise Jira usage across teams — from custom field management to workflow configuration — ensuring it aligns with OKRs and supports transparency.
OKR & Baseline Tracking:
Partner with leadership to define, track, and report on OKRs. Help establish performance baselines to improve forecasting and capacity planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Data teams to understand requirements, surface the right metrics, and communicate insights clearly.
Continuous Improvement:
Proactively identify ways to enhance our data quality and streamline operational processes. Stay up to date on best practices in analytics and tooling.
We’re seeking a curious, analytical, and collaborative individual who loves working with data and improving how tech teams operate.
You should have:
Proven experience in a data, operations, or technical analyst role
Strong expertise with Jira administration and reporting
Hands-on experience building dashboards in Tableau (or similar tools)
Familiarity with OKR frameworks and performance metrics
Solid understanding of data management, KPIs, and productivity tooling
Excellent communication and storytelling skills – you can make complex data simple and actionable
Experience in a SaaS, fintech, or tech-led organisation is a plus
Knowledge of SQL or Python is beneficial but not essential
A degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field — or equivalent practical experience
