About the role:

As a Senior Operations Analyst at Zima Dental, you’ll have the opportunity to lead key functions that drive growth of the business. This role is more than just a job - it’s an opportunity to shape the future of an industry, work with top professionals, and elevate your career to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Amazon Channel: Take ownership of operations for Amazon, our most established and strategically critical indirect sales channel. You’ll work directly with Amazon’s internal teams to drive efficient growth and maintain our leadership in the category.
• Retail Channel: Lead ongoing improvements in our retail channel. You'll partner closely with our commercial leadership team to onboard new merchants, enhance in-store presence, expand retail partnerships, and ensure operational efficiency at scale.
• B2B Channel: Help to build and scale our B2B channel, which operates as a start-up within the business. Working hand-in-hand with our disruptive sales team, you’ll architect the systems and processes needed to support rapid growth and commercial experimentation in a dynamic professional market.
• Process Optimisation: Identify and implement strategic improvements across the business to create new opportunities, enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline supply chain workflows.
• Tackle Unique Challenges: Take on the broad operational problems of a high-growth company that demands dynamism, creativity and fresh thinking, generating experiences you simply won’t find anywhere else .

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1-3 years experience in an operational role
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or similar analytical tools.

• Experience working with physical product goods is preferred.

Location: In office (London) or Hybrid.
