You will provide second-line oversight across technology, cyber, information security, data, change and third-party risk, and shape policies and standards to cover risk.

Qualifications

• Proven experience providing second-line oversight across technology, cyber, data and change.
• Strong knowledge of operational resilience regulation and compliance approaches.
• Experience with risk frameworks and regulatory reporting.
• Excellent report writing and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert second-line oversight and challenge across technology, cyber, information security, data, change and third-party risk.
• Strengthen the organisation's operational resilience and risk profiles.
• Shape policies and standards that give strong, practical coverage of risk.
• Lead the design and delivery of risk scenarios, including regulatory reporting.
• Decide where formal assurance is needed and verify that management actions are properly closed out.
• Represent risk at governance forums and engage key stakeholders across the business.
• Lead and develop a small team of risk professionals.
