• Experience in an Operational Risk program within a financial institution.
• Ability to partner with technology on security, incident response, and data protection.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess material operational risks across BAU, initiatives, and change programs.
• Define risk appetite thresholds and KRIs in line with business activities.
• Produce risk MI and analysis for committees and management.
• Support remediation of control deficiencies and risk acceptance decisions.
