This role focuses on evolving applications, services, platforms and data capabilities, driving automation, AI and modern engineering practices while keeping a strong hands-on technical grounding.

Qualifications

• Track record of leading evolution of complex technology estates across large-scale, data-intensive environments.
• Deep software engineering expertise in modern applications, services and technology platforms (APIs, data systems).
• Hands-on approach to engineering while guiding technical direction and raising standards.
• Curiosity for emerging technologies including AI-assisted software development and intelligent automation.
