Job summary

Ocean Infinity is seeking a hands-on Senior Software Engineer to act as Tech Lead for a fullstack product team. You will own how the work gets built and shipped, while remaining a strong individual contributor.

The role emphasises backend-first development with C#/.NET, React, and a TypeScript stack including Next.js, tRPC, Node, and Postgres. We value assertiveness, initiative, and the ability to navigate complex problems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
6+ years of software engineering experience, production-level backend and frontend work.
Experience as a Tech Lead or in a similar leadership role owning delivery.
Strong backend fundamentals: API design, patterns, clean architecture (C#/.NET or Node/TS).
Experience building SPAs with React and relational databases with ORM.
Proficiency with TypeScript and Git; knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Fluent English, strong communication, leadership by example.
Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Set the technical direction for a fullstack product across backend services and web applications, while remaining hands-on.
Own the how and when: technical approach, task breakdown, sequencing, capacity, and quality.
