Job summary

Whitbread is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own the end‑to‑end delivery of strategic Commercial Technology programmes in a hybrid work setup in Dunstable. You will influence senior stakeholders and work across Product, Engineering, Data, Architecture and Operations to ensure value delivery for customers and colleagues.

The role requires extensive experience in technology, digital or transformation programmes, with a track record across Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall delivery models.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering large-scale technology, digital or commercial transformation programmes.
• Strong experience operating within Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall delivery environments.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders, teams, suppliers and partners.
• Excellent stakeholder management, including influence at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of delivery for strategic technology programmes and projects.
• Translate roadmaps into integrated delivery plans with milestones, resources and releases.
• Drive delivery across agile, hybrid and waterfall approaches, selecting the best method.
• Provide visibility on progress, risks, costs and outcomes to senior stakeholders and forums.
• Lead cross-functional planning across Product, Engineering, Data, Architecture, Security and Operations.
