Job summary

Endava is seeking an experienced Commercial Legal Counsel to join its global legal team in London. The successful candidate will lead negotiations on complex, high-value, and strategic client contracts, including Master Services Agreements, SaaS, and cloud services agreements.

The role involves partnering with Sales leadership and senior stakeholders to structure transactions and balance risk with commercial objectives while supporting transactions across Endava’s global footprint.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with approximately 6–10 years’ PQE.
• Experience in commercial/technology contracts, outsourcing work.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations on complex, high-value client contracts.
• Structure transactions and balance risk with commercial objectives (MSA, SaaS, cloud).
• Partner with Sales leadership and senior stakeholders across Endava’s global footprint.
