Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Technology Services Consultant in Birmingham to lead ITS and smart mobility projects across the UK and internationally. The role covers design, feasibility, and delivery of cutting-edge transportation technology solutions including CAV, MaaS, and connected networks.

Qualifications

• Experience in Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), smart cities and mobility technologies.
• Knowledge of C-ITS, MaaS and connected vehicle concepts.
• Ability to translate client needs into system architecture and technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist technical consultancy and design services for ITS, smart cities and mobility projects.
• Lead research, data analysis and recommendations relative to client and technology.
• Capture requirements and develop system architecture, design documentation and technical reports.
• Review emerging technologies and assess deployment potential for real-world problems.
• Ensure quality of deliverables align with client brief and procedures.
