Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Technology Services Consultant in the Transportation sector to lead ITS, CAV and mobility projects across the UK and internationally. The role blends strategic advisory with technical design and delivery across a hybrid working model.

You will contribute to innovative transport technology projects, guide feasibility and design stages, and work with a diverse client base including national authorities, local authorities and private sector partners.

Qualifications

• BEng (or equivalent) in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Maths or Physics.
• Experience in SmartCities, Intelligent Transport Systems, Connected and Automated Vehicles, MaaS or related transport tech.
• Knowledge of ITS technologies, market demands and challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist technical consultancy and design services for ITS, Smart Cities, Mobility solutions, C-ITS.
• Lead research, data analysis and recommendations for clients and technologies.
• Capture client, stakeholder and system requirements; develop architectures, designs and technical reports.
• Review current and emerging technologies to propose deployable solutions for clients.
• Ensure deliverables meet client briefs and AECOM quality procedures.
