Job summary

Credera in London is seeking a Technical Business Analyst with a data focus to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements. You will bridge stakeholders and delivery teams on high-impact projects.

You will operate in a permanent role within our Managing Consultant practice, with a flexible hybrid model requiring three days onsite. UK travel is common, and security clearance is a prerequisite.

Qualifications

• Active SC clearance required.
• Experience with modern data platforms, data modelling and data integration.
• Experience in agile environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, and document business and technical requirements to support delivery of technology solutions.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, ensuring alignment between business and technology teams.
• Analyse current state processes, systems, and data flows, supporting target state design.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement to gather requirements and drive decisions.
• Ensure requirements traceability, support testing activities, and act as the key interface between business and technology teams.
