Job summary

Greggs is seeking a Senior Team Member for a part-time shift at their North retail site. You will deliver fast, friendly service, keep the shop clean, and help prepare popular Greggs products. You may act as a key holder and assist with daily shop operations to ensure excellent customer experiences.

The role offers many staff benefits and supports a inclusive culture within a busy retail setting. Training will be provided to help you develop in the role.

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Some supervisory experience is useful but not essential; training will be provided.

We’relooking for Senior Team Members to join us!

As a Senior Team Member,you’llprovide fast and friendly service to our customers, make sure the shop is clean and tidy, and prepare our much-loved products. You will also support the Shop Manager and Supervisors, for example by being a key holder with responsibility for looking after the shop at certain times of the day.

We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.Y ou’llplay a key part in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

If you've had some experience within a similar fast paced, retail environment, and your availability matches what we're looking for, we want to hear from you.
You'll also be supportive of an inclusive culture - recognising and valuing that difference is good.

Some supervisory experience always comes in handy although it's not essential as we will support you with the training that you'll need to do a great job.
