Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of safeguarding and statutory frameworks.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and driving high-quality performance.
• Excellent partnership working with NHS and voluntary sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team including team leaders, AMHPs, social workers and community case managers.
• Provide effective line management, professional supervision, reflective practice and quality assurance.
• Support staff in delivering strength-based, recovery-focused interventions within a least restrictive framework.
• Ensure compliance with key legislation including The Care Act 2014, The Mental Health Act, The Mental Capacity Act and safeguarding responsibilities.
• Work closely with partner agencies including CWPT, voluntary organisations and other statutory services.
• Support individuals to address social determinants of mental ill health, including housing, debt management and community recovery opportunities.
• Champion co-production and work alongside people with lived experience to promote independence and positive outcomes.
• Contribute as part of the Senior Management Team, supporting strategic planning, service development and continuous improvement initiatives.
