Lancashire County Council is seeking a Team Manager (Mental Health Safeguarding) to lead a MH Social Work team within the Safeguarding Adults Service, providing guidance, oversight and robust decision making to protect people at risk.

You will collaborate with partners, carers and the people supported to shape meaningful, personalised outcomes while driving service improvement and staff development through supervision and professional development.

Competenze

• Social Work applicants must be registered with Social Work England (SWE) to be appointed as a Social Worker.
• Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be required.

Mansioni

• Manage an effective team of MH Social Workers within the Safeguarding Adults Service, providing advice, support, oversight and guidance.
• Ensure robust decision making and positive outcomes for people at risk of harm and abuse.
• Engage in frequent quality practice discussions with team members, supervision, and ongoing staff development.
