Sgscare is recruiting a Senior/Team Leader for a new therapeutic children’s home in Accrington. The role involves supervising staff, acting as Key Worker, and contributing to care planning for children with emotional and challenging behaviours.

You will work within a vibrant, supportive team, focusing on child welfare and development. Two 14-hour shifts with sleep-ins, generous sleep-in pay, and opportunities to influence care from the outset.

Qualifications

• Level 4 qualification in Children, Young People and Families (completed or actively working towards).
• Driving licence required; access to own vehicle desirable for work travel.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and direct staff in the manager's absence.
• Act as Key Worker for designated young people and contribute to assessments and care plans.
• Support delivery of care and support to children and young people with emotional and challenging behaviours.
