Pond Meadow Academy Trust is opening Pond Meadow Cobham satellite provision to extend specialist education for children aged 3–19 with complex needs. The Teaching Assistant will support high-quality teaching, help develop routines, and promote independence and engagement for pupils with SEND, including autism. Training and DBS checks provided.

Role is term-time only, 31 hours per week, on-site at Cobham, with salary on the PS3 scale. Applications encouraged early as interview dates are set TBD.

Competenze

• Experience in SEND or autism is beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to support pupils with complex needs and adapt to varying routines.
• Strong teamwork and communication with staff, pupils and families.
