Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting learners with SEND and additional needs.
• Ability to work one-to-one and in groups and to adapt sessions.
• Commitment to safeguarding and learner well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide one to one and small group supervision strategies.
• Lead quality sessions under teacher direction.
• Support Advanced and General Teaching Assistants.
• Document learner progress and ensure student voice is central.
• Champion person-centred learning and goal attainment.
• Safeguard and risk assess vulnerable learners.
• Assist with personal and intimate care as needed.
• Deal with medical needs and medication administration.
