Job summary

St Teresa's Catholic Primary School (part of Coast and Vale Learning Trust) in Nottingham is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support students, work with teachers on engaging lessons and provide tailored 1:1 or small group support. The role is fixed-term from 01/09/2026, 32.5 hours per week, term-time only, in an Ofsted-rated outstanding environment.

Applicants should hold a recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and demonstrate enthusiasm for helping children achieve their goals

Qualifications

• Hold a recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.

Responsibilities

• Support children in reaching their academic and personal goals.
• Collaborate with teachers to create engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
• Work independently to provide one-on-one, in class and small group assistance to students needing additional support.
• Play an active role in maintaining a positive and inspiring classroom environment.
