Job summary

ICAEW is seeking a Senior Manager in the wider Tax Transformation and Technology team to advance tax solutions for clients. The role involves overseeing engagements, building client relationships, and driving innovation in tax technology and compliance.

You will work with a team of tax professionals across technology and advisory services to deliver impactful solutions, while staying current with tax legislation and tech developments.

Qualifications

• Experience in tax, technology and transformation.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver value-added solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging data and technology for decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to explain complex tech concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engagements, manage client relationships and drive innovation in tax technology.
• Mentor and guide a team of tax professionals across technology and advisory services.
• Deliver sessions at client events and maintain up-to-date tax knowledge and regulatory changes.
• Lead large-scale tax transformation projects from inception to delivery, ensuring objectives and compliance.
