ICAEW seeks a Tax Advisor to join our expanding team, working closely with experienced tax specialists and partners to support a diverse client portfolio including high-net-worth individuals, owner-managed businesses, family-owned companies and entrepreneurs.

This role offers development of advisory and tax planning skills within a supportive and technically strong environment, with flexible and hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional practice tax environment.
• ATT qualified, CTA studying, or qualified (or qualified by experience).
• Strong technical tax knowledge with advisory ambitions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, commercial approach to client service.
• Ambition to grow within a growing firm.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance and advisory support across a varied client portfolio.
• Assist with tax planning projects for HNWIs and owner-managed businesses.
• Support succession planning, remuneration planning, and profit extraction strategies.
• Advise on capital gains tax, inheritance tax, and personal tax matters.
• Assist with corporate restructuring and business planning assignments.
• Build strong client relationships and become a trusted advisor.
• Keep up to date with legislation changes and add value to clients.
