Job summary

EY seeks a senior technology leader to shape Tax technology strategy and the application landscape. You will influence investment priorities, advise senior stakeholders and drive secure, scalable technology across the Tax function.

You will build and lead a high-performing application management team, providing direction, capability and accountability while collaborating with Tax, Technology and external partners. The role offers high impact and scope for technology-led change.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to define and deliver an enterprise technology strategy.
• Experience leading core application portfolios and architecture initiatives.
• Strong governance, risk, and compliance mindset with regulatory awareness.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and technology investments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Tax technology strategy and roadmap to support growth and compliance.
• Own the Tax application portfolio end-to-end with governance and oversight.
• Advise senior stakeholders and influence investment decisions.
• Shape technology direction by evaluating emerging technologies and vendors.
• Lead transformation, modernization, and process automation initiatives.
• Maintain security, resilience, and regulatory obligations across platforms.
• Manage technology budgets, forecasts, and business cases.
• Provide executive reporting on technology performance and risk.
• Oversee incidents, releases, and technical change management.
