TPF Recruitment is recruiting for a Senior Accountancy Practice Tax Manager on behalf of our highly reputable and growing client based in Worthing & Brighton. Our client is one of the most respected firms of chartered accountants in Sussex; they boast a fantastic reputation and have an exciting client base made up of clients within the entertainment sector.

Responsibilities would include:

1. Producing reports and letters of advice for various tax advisory issues (see below)
2. Overseeing HMRC correspondence including clearance applications and enquiries, etc.
3. Liaising with clients and attending meetings with partners
4. Training and reviewing the work of junior staff members
5. Assisting partners with developing and monitoring processes

Examples of tax projects you may be involved with:

1. Advice and implementation of corporate reconstructions, investor reliefs such as EIS/SEIS, staff incentive schemes
2. Advising owner-managed businesses regarding remuneration planning, succession planning, CGT, and IHT mitigation
3. Reviewing complex corporation tax computations and returns
