Senior Tax Manager

A successful and ambitious accountancy practice in Stoke-on-Trent is looking for an experienced and motivated Tax Manager to lead its growing personal tax team. Role Responsibilities

• Manage and review a varied portfolio of personal tax compliance clients
• Provide technical input on advisory projects involving inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and trust planning
• Lead and develop the tax team, overseeing day-to-day workflow and coaching junior staff
• Collaborate closely with the wider leadership team to shape the future of the tax department
• Ensure high technical standards and compliance with evolving legislation
• Act as a key point of contact for high-value and long-standing clients
• Play an active role in strategic growth, business development, and succession planning
