What you'll be doing

• Reviewing complex personal tax returns
• Managing P11Ds and advising clients on tax matters
• Leading and mentoring junior staff
• Managing client relationships and strategic advice
• Working on succession planning, restructuring, and HMRC enquiries
• Participating in management meetings and process improvements

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• CTA qualified or equivalent with post-qualification experience
• Experience managing private client portfolios
• Strong personal tax knowledge, including CT and IHT
• Advisory experience in IHT, CGT, succession planning
• Experience advising OMBs and high-net-worth individuals
• Leadership skills and team development experience
• Excellent communication and client-focused approach
