Job summary

BDO UK LLP is seeking a senior Tax professional to lead a diverse client portfolio across corporate tax advisory and compliance. You will oversee delivery, manage client relationships, and collaborate with Partners to identify and win new business opportunities.

The role emphasizes agile working, mentoring, and ongoing professional development within a supportive, market-leading firm. Based in the UK, you will service clients across multiple sectors, handle complex tax issues, and drive growth

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of taxation with ability to handle complex issues.
• Experience in managing client portfolios and staff.
• Educated to degree level and/or CTA/ACA qualified or equivalent.
• Post-qualification experience required.
• Excellent communication with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of tax advisory and compliance for a varied client portfolio.
• Manage client relationships and seek new business opportunities.
• Coach and develop junior staff.
• Deliver final advice to clients after review.
• Collaborate with Partners/Directors to meet client needs.
