This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced tax professional to step into a management role within one of the world's foremost international financial centers. As a Senior Tax Associate, you will assist clients in navigating the complexities of U.S. tax compliance and advisory services across areas such as property and casualty insurance, hedge funds, private equity, and international executive taxation. The role combines hands-on client work, leadership, and team development responsibilities.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Manage multiple client engagements, reporting directly to Managers and above.
2. Lead and train junior staff, fostering technical expertise and professional growth.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships to deliver tailored solutions.
4. Stay informed about local and global tax issues, especially in the asset and wealth management sector.
5. Participate in business development initiatives and internal branding activities.
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
• CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Master of Taxation, or active progress toward one (preferred).
• Relevant tax experience in U.S. partnership and/or corporate tax (required).
• Expertise in compliance and consulting for investment partnerships, including hedge funds, mutual funds, private equity, and venture capital funds.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for managing clients and teams.
