About The Role

We are recruiting a Senior Tax Associate to join a fast-paced, dynamic team, working with exciting clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage a portfolio of clients, supporting UK tax compliance and informing clients of deadlines.
2. Correspond with clients, gather information for filings, and liaise with internal teams.
3. Prepare and analyze complex UK tax returns, communicating implications to management or clients.
4. Draft tax advisory work for individuals and support complex advisory projects.
5. Oversee and delegate tasks to junior staff, review work, and monitor deadlines.
6. Prioritize workload effectively and participate in internal training sessions.

1. Ability to understand technical concepts and research legislation.
2. Effective written and oral communication skills.
3. Problem-solving skills for client queries and issues.

Experience and Education

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a personal tax role, working with Owner Managed Businesses.
2. Completed or working towards ATT and CTA qualifications.

Additional Information

• Location: Bromsgrove
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours/week
