You will handle advisory-led engagements, guiding clients from initial analysis through to implementation, in collaboration with solicitors and other professionals.

Qualifications

• CTA-qualified professionals from corporate tax or private client background
• Experience in tax planning and an interest in developing broader transactional advisory expertise
• Experience advising on IHT and succession matters or corporate reorganisations, shareholder planning and owner-managed businesses

Responsibilities

• Lead advisory projects from initial technical analysis and planning through to implementation
• Work closely with clients, solicitors and other professional advisers
• Collaborate with an experienced Tax Partner to strengthen technical expertise and take ownership of complex assignments
• Develop and mentor other advisers within the team
