Creative Tax Recruitment LTD is seeking a Senior Tax Adviser in the West Midlands to focus on inheritance tax, succession planning and corporate restructuring. You will handle advisory-led engagements, guiding clients from initial analysis through to implementation, in collaboration with solicitors and other professionals.
The role emphasizes technical advisory work, client impact and professional development within a partner-led practice.
Are you a tax professional looking to move beyond traditional compliance and develop your career in complex, commercially focused tax advisory work?
We are working with an established, independent advisory practice that has built a strong reputation for helping business owners, entrepreneurs and their families structure their affairs tax efficiently, protect wealth and plan for the future.
The firm is looking to appoint a Senior Tax Adviser to join its growing consultancy team, with a particular focus on inheritance tax, succession planning and corporate restructuring.
This is a genuinely advisory-focused role, offering exposure to a broad range of technically challenging projects. You will work on matters involving business succession, ownership restructuring, inheritance tax planning, incorporations and wider corporate and personal tax considerations.
Rather than simply providing advice, you will be involved in taking projects from initial technical analysis and planning through to implementation, working alongside clients, solicitors and other professional advisers.
You will also work closely with an experienced Tax Partner, providing an opportunity to strengthen your technical expertise, take greater ownership of complex assignments and contribute to the development of other advisers within the team.
We would be interested in speaking with CTA-qualified professionals from either a corporate tax or private client background who have experience in tax planning and an interest in developing broader transactional advisory expertise.
You may already be advising on IHT and succession matters, or perhaps your experience is more heavily weighted towards corporate reorganisations, shareholder planning and owner-managed businesses.
What matters is your technical ability, commercial understanding and enthusiasm for finding practical solutions to complex tax issues.
For someone looking to build a long-term career in specialist tax consultancy, this offers the chance to work on meaningful advisory projects within an independent, partner-led environment.
You will have the opportunity to broaden your expertise across different taxes, develop closer client relationships and play an increasingly influential role in delivering tax planning solutions.
If you are looking for a position where the emphasis is on technical advisory work, professional development and genuine client impact, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
