Job summary

This is a strategic business partner role supporting the Divisional Head and leadership team to drive commercial performance, operational excellence and the division's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in senior business management or commercial operations.
• Experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, profitability and performance reporting.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leadership teams.
• Ability to interpret complex data and provide commercial recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial performance and strategic divisional objectives.
• Analyse revenue, profitability, utilisation and billing trends.
• Produce commercial insights and recommendations for decisions.
• Monitor KPIs and identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate delivery of the division's strategic business plan.
• Track actions and milestones across leadership teams.
• Prepare briefing papers and board-level presentations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Partner with Finance to maintain commercial discipline.
• Lead meetings and ensure priorities remain aligned.
• Represent the division in firmwide projects and committees.
• Drive operational improvements and transformation projects.
