Job summary

TalentoHC is hiring a Lead Talent Partner in the UK to own the talent agenda and act as the trusted advisor to hiring managers. You will lead the full lifecycle from workforce needs to onboarding, while bringing market insight on talent, employer brand, and analytics.

The role is highly visible, hands-on, and requires partnering with leaders to shape hiring decisions and improve the candidate experience across functions and levels.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle talent acquisition.
• Proven experience partnering with hiring managers and leaders across multiple functions and levels.
• Hands-on expertise in sourcing, passive talent engagement, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and talent databases.

Responsibilities

• Shape Hiring Strategy: translate priorities into clear hiring plans and role profiles.
• Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment: manage searches from intake through offer across multiple functions.
• Build Talent Pipelines: proactive sourcing for immediate and future needs.
• Advise & Influence: provide informed perspectives on market dynamics and hiring challenges.
• Turn Data into Decisions: use recruiting metrics to improve processes.
• Strengthen the Talent Brand: shape candidate messaging and employer branding.
• Elevate the Employee Experience: partner with People team on onboarding and engagement.
• Enable the Workplace: coordinate facilities and workspace to support performance.
