Job summary

We’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead hiring across Sales and Go-to-Market roles, specifically Field Sales.

Fluency in both French and English is essential, and fintech experience is a strong advantage.

? What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across Sales & GTM functions (e.g. Field sales, SDRs etc)
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders
  • Deliver a world-class candidate experience from first contact to offer
  • Continuously improve hiring processes and employer branding efforts

? What You’ll Bring:

  • 4+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally with a focus on Sales hiring in fintech or scaling tech companies
  • Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong sourcing skills across both passive and active talent pools
  • Confident managing stakeholders independently and influencing hiring outcomes
  • Proactive, organised, and outcome-driven with a collaborative mindset
