Job summary

Publicis Groupe UK is hiring a Senior Talent Project and Data Partner to shape how Talent and HR support people and the business. You will lead data, automation and operational change, turning insights into practical improvements that simplify work and boost effectiveness across our UK agencies and Talent teams.

You will partner with colleagues to create scalable, user-friendly experiences for employees, managers and leaders, bringing clarity to complexity with data and technology.

Qualifications

• Experience in People or HR Operations and HR transformation.
• Ability to translate data into insights and actions for senior leaders.
• Understanding of HR systems, data governance and scalable processes.
• Ability to bring structure and momentum to evolving work.
• Collaborative approach with stakeholders in design and delivery of change.
• Interest in using automation and AI to simplify work and enable self-service.

Responsibilities

• Own the UK Talent Operations data strategy, defining governance and reporting priorities.
• Turn people data into insights to support decisions across Talent and Finance.
• Lead automation and simplification of Talent and HR processes to reduce manual work.
• Translate business needs into self-service, systems and AI-enabled solutions.
• Guide operational change from discovery to adoption, managing risks.
• Build trusted relationships across Talent and agency network to standardize ways of working.
• Lead and develop the Talent Operations data team for high-quality delivery.
