Job summary

SUMO is seeking a Senior Talent Agent to lead day-to-day management of a roster of digital creators and broadcast talent, driving long-term career strategy and securing standout opportunities across creator economy and broadcast.

This role involves negotiating contracts, building brand partnerships, and mentoring junior colleagues while representing clients at industry events and network opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years talent management experience.
• Proven track record securing high-value brand partnerships.
• Excellent negotiation, commercial and relationship management skills.
• Experience developing long-term talent strategies beyond social media/digital.
• Success in scouting and signing new creators or building a roster from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of a roster of digital creators and broadcaster talent.
• Develop and execute long-term career strategies across brand partnerships, broadcast, podcasts, publishing, live events, IP and wider commercial opportunities
• Identify, negotiate and secure high-value brand partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, broadcasters, production companies & PR agencies.
• Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and supporting their development.
• Represent both clients and the agency at industry events, screenings, launches and networking opportunities
