Job summary

Frazer Jones is partnering with a leading UK law firm to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Senior Business Partner to lead recruitment across legal and business services. This senior role sits in HR, guiding a small TA team and partnering with Partners and senior leaders to shape hiring strategy and delivery.

You will develop pipelines for specialist legal roles, manage agencies, use data to drive improvements, and enhance the firm’s employer brand and EVP.

Qualifications

• In-house Talent Acquisition experience within the legal sector.
• Experience leading or managing a recruitment/TA team.
• Excellent stakeholder management with credibility to influence senior leaders.
• Strong knowledge of the legal recruitment market and sourcing channels.
• Commercial and data-led approach to recruitment.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a three-person Talent Acquisition team.
• Partner with Partners and senior leaders to forecast hiring needs.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines for specialist legal roles.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment from briefing to onboarding.
• Provide market insight and sourcing strategy guidance.
• Strengthen employer brand and EVP to attract talent.
• Manage external agencies and suppliers for value.
• Use data and MI to drive improvements in time-to-hire and cost.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes for efficiency.
