Job summary

Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles and build robust candidate pipelines across the UK. You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews while partnering with hiring managers on requirements and progress.

The role involves regional/global TA projects, cross-border hiring, and improving recruitment processes. Located in Newport, UK, with remote options within the UK.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experienced in direct sourcing and executive outreach.
• Experience hiring for semiconductors manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment channels and social media.

What You Would Be Doing

What You Will Bring Along

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 3–5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
• Experienced in direct sourcing & executive outreach
• Experience hiring for semiconductors manufacturing industry is a plus
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment channels and social media
• Experience with ATS systems, experience with Workday is a plus
• Good communication skills in English and preferably another European Language
• Confident working with senior stakeholders - able to challenge, influence, and advise
