Job summary

Vishay Intertechnology is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on direct sourcing and executive outreach across the UK. You will collaborate with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and manage senior stakeholders while ensuring a positive candidate experience and efficient processes.

The role offers flexibility with Newport, UK or remote work within the UK, and a global context within a leading semiconductor company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Direct sourcing and executive outreach experience.
• Experience hiring for semiconductor manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment channels and social media.
• English fluency; another European language preferred.
• Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
