Job summary

Progeny is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition leader in the UK to shape and deliver the company's recruitment strategy across multiple business areas. You will partner with senior leaders to understand hiring needs, build robust pipelines and drive end-to-end recruitment outcomes.

You will lead direct sourcing, leverage recruitment technology and analytics, and champion a positive candidate experience while ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation.

Qualifications

• Experience managing talent acquisition in a small to medium organisation.
• Experience leading multi-site and senior-level recruitment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment technology and ATS.
• Experience developing employer branding initiatives.
• Knowledge of UK employment legislation relating to recruitment and selection.
• Proven use of recruitment data and analytics to improve outcomes.
