A leading general insurance and financial services company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead for a hybrid role based in Stratford-upon-Avon. The successful candidate will manage TA teams, drive recruitment excellence and ensure quality practices across the organization. This fixed-term contract role offers a competitive salary, substantial bonuses, and a variety of employee benefits.
Salary: Up to £55,000 + 17.5% annual bonus + benefits package
Y ou'll take a leading role in the continued evolution of our new Talent Acquisition model. Leading a team of professional and technical TA recruiters, you’ll provide clear direction, support and development to ensure they deliver a high-quality service. You’ll foster a collaborative, inclusive environment where your team can thrive, driving continuous improvement and ensuring everyone understands what’s expected of them through regular feedback, performance reviews and career development planning.
With a new team structure and ways of working being introduced over the next six months—alongside multiple ongoing TA and HR projects—you will play a key role in confidently leading and managing change.
As a senior figure within the team, you’ll act as a role model—setting high standards and leading by example. You’ll manage your own vacancies demonstrating best practice throughout the process. You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape proactive talent strategies that support long-term business goals, succession plans, and our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
You’ll use insight and data to influence decision-making, for both your own and your teams’ vacancies. You’ll recommend process improvements, and ensure we remain responsive to market conditions and future workforce needs.
With a strong focus on candidate care, employer branding, and compliance, you'll ensure each stage of the journey is delivered to a high standard, maintaining a positive experience for every candidate and helping us attract the best talent to NFU Mutual.
