Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant

About the role

You'll take a leading role in evolving our Talent Acquisition model. Leading a team of professional and technical TA recruiters, you'll provide direction, support, and development to ensure high-quality service. You'll foster an inclusive, collaborative environment, drive continuous improvement, and ensure clear expectations through feedback, reviews, and career planning.

With new team structures and ways of working being introduced, you'll play a key role in managing change confidently.

As a senior team member, you'll act as a role model, managing your own vacancies and collaborating with stakeholders to shape talent strategies supporting long-term goals, diversity, and inclusion.

You will use insights and data to influence decisions, recommend process improvements, and stay responsive to market conditions and workforce needs.

Focus areas include candidate care, employer branding, and compliance, ensuring high standards and positive candidate experiences to attract top talent.

You are a confident, inspiring leader capable of developing high-performing, inclusive teams. Skilled at guiding through change, you adapt and grow in evolving environments.

You can manage your time effectively, balancing individual and team responsibilities. You are solution-focused, proactive, and excellent at communication and influencing, able to present ideas, manage expectations, and shape outcomes.

Experience required includes:

  • Leading in-house TA teams within financial or professional services
  • End-to-end recruitment expertise
  • Analytics & reporting in recruitment
  • Diversity & inclusion in TA
  • Leading TA and HR projects
  • TA transformation initiatives
  • Development of TA technology for efficiency
  • Adherence to best practices
