Stone King LLP is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead recruitment across a varied portfolio of legal roles. You will collaborate with senior leaders to attract exceptional talent and shape the future of the firm, delivering an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience.

The role offers flexible/hybrid working arrangements and opportunities to influence talent strategy, process improvements and wider people initiatives across the firm.

About the Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, you'll lead recruitment across a varied portfolio of legal roles, delivering an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

You'll work closely with stakeholders across the firm, acting as a trusted advisor and providing expert guidance on attraction strategies, market insights and hiring decisions. From building talent pipelines and engaging passive candidates to improving recruitment processes and supporting wider talent initiatives, you'll play a key role in ensuring we attract and retain the very best people.

This is far more than a delivery-focused recruitment role. You'll have the opportunity to influence how we identify, engage and secure talent, whilst contributing to projects that support our broader people and firm objectives.
