Job summary

Stone King LLP is seeking a talented Paralegal to join the Real Estate team. This role offers exposure to a diverse client base and high-quality legal advice within property matters.

You will work with supportive colleagues, building trusted relationships, and developing your skills while contributing to excellent client service across teams in a flexible, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team whilst also using initiative when required.
  • At least 6 months' previous experience in a paralegal, legal assistant or administrative role.

Responsibilities

  • Support on complex and high value legal matters within the Real Estate sector, ensuring excellent outcomes for clients.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their aims and supporting their success.
  • Work collaboratively across the team and wider firm to deliver a seamless and high-quality client experience.
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive and high performing team culture.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client service, improve ways of working and support the continued development of the practice.
  • Manage matters effectively, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard, in a timely and efficient way, and with appropriate commercial awareness.

The Team

Our Real Estate team plays a vital role in supporting clients on some of their most important property projects. From academy conversions and strategic site acquisitions to complex leasing arrangements and estate development matters, we help education providers and other purpose-driven organisations navigate a wide range of property challenges. By working closely with our nationally recognised specialists, you'll contribute to meaningful projects that help clients maximise the value of their property assets and deliver lasting benefits to the communities they serve.

The opportunity

We are looking for a talented and motivated Paralegal to join our Real Estate team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse client base, providing high-quality legal advice and building trusted relationships within one

You'll work alongside supportive and experienced colleagues, collaborating across teams to deliver excellent client service while continuing to develop your own skills and expertise.

About You

Essential

Desirable
  • Experience of handling legal documents, managing files or supporting transactional work.
  • Familiarity with Land Registry searches, property searches or legal case management systems.
  • Experience of working in a professional services environment.
