Job summary

The Apex Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Administrator – Transfer Agency to ensure accurate and timely processing of investor transactions, registration activities and AML/KYC controls. You will act as a subject matter expert, mentor juniors, and contribute to process improvements while upholding regulatory and client expectations in a fast-moving financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years' experience within Transfer Agency operations.
• Strong knowledge of dealing, registration, and AML/KYC processes.
• Understanding of UCITS, OEICs, Unit Trusts, AIFs and related fund structures.
• Experience in regulated financial services environments.
• Proficiency with AML regulations, sanctions screening and CDD/EDD.

Responsibilities

• Process subscription, redemption, switch and transfer requests accurately.
• Validate dealing instructions against prospectuses and agreements.
• Monitor queues and ensure trades are processed within cut-off times.
• Conduct AML/KYC reviews and validate client identities.
• Maintain investor registers and process account openings and amendments.
• Escalate breaches, perform root-cause analysis and support audits.
• Provide high-quality service to clients and stakeholders.
