With strong stakeholder engagement, you will mentor teams, contribute to bids, and help grow client relationships within UK defence, aerospace, and security sectors. Hybrid UK-based role with senior technical responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills suitable for consulting in defence and high-integrity domains.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders including UK MOD, defence primes, and government bodies.

Responsibilities

• Lead major consulting projects delivering technical excellence and client satisfaction.
• Provide strategic advice on systems engineering approaches for defence programmes.
• Lead development of architectures, system integration strategies, and technical roadmaps.
• Drive business development by identifying opportunities, contributing to bids, and expanding client relationships.
• Act as subject matter expert in MBSE, capability development, and technical assurance.
• Mentor and develop internal capability, supporting training and professional development.
