Job summary

Gregory-Martin International is seeking a Principal Consultant in Systems Engineering for UK-based Defence and high-integrity sectors. The role focuses on leading major consulting projects, delivering architectural and MBSE leadership, and expanding client relationships across defence, C41, and space domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead major consulting projects ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.
• Provide strategic advice on systems engineering approaches for defence programs.
• Lead development of architectures, system integration strategies, and technical roadmaps.
• Lead business development by identifying opportunities, contributing to bids, and expanding client relationships.
• Act as SME in MBSE, capability development, and technical assurance.
• Mentor and develop internal capability, supporting training and professional development.
