Job summary

Arch Capital Group is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer (Team Lead) to oversee infrastructure operations in the United Kingdom. You will manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, PKI, and cloud environments with Azure IaaS/PaaS and Office 365. This role requires leadership across IT operations and security initiatives.

You will collaborate with cloud, compute, and IT operations teams, drive change management, and guide remediation of security gaps while ensuring high availability and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a production environment.
• 3–5 years managing and troubleshooting authentication services.
• 5+ years automation experience with PowerShell, scripts and Terraform.
• At least 5 years of Advanced Active Directory experience.
• Knowledge of AKS, Kerberos, LDAP, AD, DNS, DHCP.

Responsibilities

• Administer and operate the infrastructure.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and PKI services.
• Work with Azure IaaS, PaaS, and Office 365/Exchange Online.
• Install and maintain hardware/software on a virtualized Windows network.
• Develop processes to maintain availability, security, and quality.
